Privacy Policy for Pilluvia

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pilluvia app for iPhone, published by O2CyberTech ("we", "us").

The short version

Pilluvia does not collect, transmit, or share any of your information. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics.

What the app stores, and where

Pilluvia stores the following on your device only, in a private app database that other apps cannot read:

• Medication names, dosages, and instructions you enter
• The schedules you set, including start date, time, frequency, and course length
• Your dose history, meaning which doses you marked taken, skipped, or snoozed, and any notes you added to them

Your information stays in a private database on your iPhone. We never receive it, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you use iCloud Backup or another device backup, your app data is included in that backup, which is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy terms and is still never accessible to us.

We have no ability to access, recover, or restore your information. Because everything stays on your device, there is no copy for us to look at, and no way for us to retrieve your data if your device is lost or reset.

Camera

Pilluvia can use your camera to scan a medication label so you do not have to type it in by hand.

• The photo is processed entirely on your device to read the text on the label.
• The photo is not saved to your photo library and not uploaded anywhere.
• Text recognition runs offline using software included in the app. No image or text is sent to any external service.
• You can decline camera access and enter medications by hand instead. Every feature of the app remains available.

Notifications

Pilluvia schedules reminder notifications through your device's own operating system. The content of those reminders, meaning the medication name and your instructions, is handled by your device, not by us.

Information we collect

None. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not collect health information.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
• We do not use third party advertising or data broker services.
• We do not create user accounts or profiles.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Children's privacy

Pilluvia does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your information

Because everything is stored only on your device, you are in full control:

• Remove an individual medication from within the app.
• Delete the app to remove all of its stored data from your device permanently.

Since we never receive your data, there is nothing for you to request that we delete, and nothing for us to return.

Data backups

If you have your device's own backup enabled, for example iCloud Backup or an encrypted local backup, Pilluvia's on-device data may be included in that backup, the same as any other app's data. Those backups are controlled by you and your device provider under their terms, not by us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Because the app has no backend, any change would reflect a change in the app itself, and would appear in a new version.

Not medical advice

Pilluvia is designed to help you remember and organize medications according to instructions provided by your healthcare provider or prescription label. Pilluvia does not determine which medications you should take, the dose you should take, or when you should take them. It is not medical advice, does not replace your doctor or pharmacist, and does not check for drug interactions or allergies. Reminders depend on your device's notification, battery, and Do Not Disturb settings. For critical medication, do not rely on this app as your only safeguard.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
