Pilluvia Terms of Use

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These terms are between you and O2CyberTech Inc. (referred to here as O2CyberTech). Please read them before using Pilluvia. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Pilluvia Is

Pilluvia is a personal reminder and record keeping tool. It helps you keep track of medications you choose to enter, on a schedule you set yourself, and it records what you tell it you took.

2. License Grant

O2CyberTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Pilluvia on your own device, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license lasts only as long as you comply with these terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, rent, lease, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Pilluvia, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

4. What Pilluvia Is Not

Pilluvia is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor, pharmacist, or the instructions on your prescription. It does not check for drug interactions or allergies, does not recommend dosages, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. The instructions from your prescriber and the label on your medication always govern, not this app.

Pilluvia is not for emergency use. Do not rely on it in a medical emergency. Contact emergency services or your healthcare provider.

5. You Are Responsible for Taking Your Medication

Pilluvia is an aid to your own routine, not a safeguard. You remain responsible for taking your medication correctly and on time. For critical medication, please use additional safeguards and do not rely on this app alone.

6. Reminders Depend on Your Device

Reminders are delivered by your iPhone as local notifications. Whether they arrive, and when, depends on settings and behavior outside our control, including your notification permissions, Do Not Disturb and Focus modes, Low Power Mode, battery optimization, whether your device is on, and limits the operating system places on scheduled notifications. We do not warrant that any reminder will be delivered or delivered on time.

7. Scanning a Label

The label scanning feature reads text from a photo of your medication label to help fill in a form. It can misread text. You are shown every field it detected and are asked to confirm before anything is saved. Please check every field carefully, because you are responsible for what you confirm.

8. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pilluvia. Do not use the app if you are under that age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

9. No Warranty

Pilluvia is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that reminders will be delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O2CyberTech and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or medical harm arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Pilluvia, including any missed, late, or undelivered reminder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty five US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Your Data

Pilluvia stores your information on your device. We do not receive it. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. We cannot recover your data if it is lost, and you are responsible for your own backups.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
